Dafydd and Andy's friendship, forged nearly a decade ago at a US-listed food manufacturing company, blossomed through a shared commitment to excellence and problem-solving. Over the years, we recognised a critical gap in the market: smaller companies often lack the resources to employ full-time risk management personnel or the time to implement robust processes. Driven by our passion to empower these businesses, we founded Spotlight to provide tailored, accessible risk management solutions.
